Conditions
Conditions of carriage
These conditions apply to every Z-QTN Shuttles Queenstown booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
- All booking cancellations will incur a minimum cancellation fee equating to 15% of the scheduled fare amount.
- Passengers who fail to appear are charged 100% of the fare, unless the flight arrival time has changed or the booking is cancelled 60 or more minutes before travel.
Luggage
- Shared ride passengers carry one standard international bag (23 kg maximum) and one carry-on bag at no charge.
- Extra items are charged at $8.00 each.
Passenger Requirements
- Passengers must be ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
- Passengers must be contactable by phone within 2 hours prior to the service.
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
Unacceptable Items
- Valuables, fragile goods and electronics are not accepted unless pre-approved in writing.
- Dangerous goods — including explosives, flammable materials and weapons — are not accepted unless pre-approved in writing.
Liability
- Our liability is limited to the lesser of the proven damages or the amount paid for the service.
